About the Role:
London is known for its pace, diversity, and constant innovation, and at Konduce Business Solutions, we bring that same energy to the way businesses use technology. We help organisations turn complex business challenges into practical digital solutions that improve how teams work, make decisions, and serve their customers.
We believe business technology should be straightforward, useful, and driven by meaningful data.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform business data into clear insights that support better decisions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project specialists to understand requirements, identify trends, build reports, and communicate findings in a way that people can act on.
This is a hands-on mid-level position for someone who enjoys solving problems with data and wants to have a visible impact on business performance.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our London office provides a professional and collaborative setting where analysts, consultants, and technology specialists work closely together. We value clear communication, practical thinking, and a supportive team culture.
Business Impact: Your analysis will directly contribute to operational improvements, performance tracking, customer insights, and business planning.
Modern Tools: We use modern analytics and reporting platforms, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based data solutions. You will have opportunities to expand your technical toolkit as our projects evolve.
Growth: We support professional development through training, industry resources, knowledge-sharing sessions, and opportunities to work across different business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, validate, and analyse business data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain clear reports and interactive dashboards that help stakeholders understand business performance.
Business Insights: Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that can support operational and commercial decisions.
Data Quality: Review datasets for inconsistencies, investigate anomalies, and work with relevant teams to improve data accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users, project teams, and technical colleagues to understand analytical requirements and deliver useful solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate repetitive analysis, and make information easier to access.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation covering data sources, analytical methods, reporting processes, and key findings.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
Technical Skills: Practical experience with SQL and Excel. Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence platform is highly desirable.
Analytical Thinking: You can investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and explain what the numbers actually mean for the business.
Communication: You are comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can explain analytical concepts clearly.
Attention to Detail: You take data accuracy seriously and are comfortable checking your work before sharing results.
Mindset: You are curious, pragmatic, and commercially aware. You enjoy asking the right questions rather than simply producing reports.
Pay: £3,406.00-£4,053.00 per month
Work Location: In person
