Bar Manager Vacancy
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team at a busy pub in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of managing a busy bar environment with food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Manage and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of performance
- Maintain stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an excellent guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including licensing laws
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and drink service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas
