About The Feathers
The Feathers is a beautifully restored luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Woodstock, just moments from Blenheim Palace. Following a careful multi-million-pound refurbishment, our hotel is now home to 17 individually designed bedrooms, six spacious suites, and a collection of elegant yet welcoming spaces for our guests to relax and enjoy.

The Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-focused Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests.
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), working primarily mornings and early afternoons.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to our luxury standards.
- Ensure public areas are kept clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.
- Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
- Support with deep cleaning and laundry duties when required.
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Take pride in maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings and most weekends.

- (£12.24-£13.07 base rate depending on age. Approx. £1.50 per hour service charge)
