About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end commercial and hotel fit-out projects across Manchester and the North West. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and hotel fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate site teams, clients, consultants, and design teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular client updates.
- Manage quality assurance, snagging, and project handover.
- Monitor commercial performance, variations, and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial and/or hotel fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of CAT A & CAT B fit-out and high-end interior finishes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced programmes.
- Ability to work effectively in live or occupied environments.

- First Aid at Work
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
