About the Role:
As a PartsSupervisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:
- Managing the stock of the Parts department meticulously, inclusive of accuracy and obsolescence.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of the department.
- Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
- Overseeing and supervising a small team of Parts Advisors, with respect to workload and quality controls.
- Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
- Delivering upon the aftersales process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
- Maintaining documentation and electronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attention to detail with all administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with Brand and audit standards.
- Developing effective working relationships with the wider aftersales team to ensure that the flow of information between departments (service, parts & workshop) is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a senior role within a Parts department, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Data Management Systems.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and controlling key KPI's.
- Full UK driving licence

- Direct experience as a Parts Supervisor, within the automotive industry.
