We’re looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our evening team.
Your Working Hours
- 2 or 3 set evenings per week
- 4:00pm–10:00pm
- One full weekend per month OR alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings
- Guaranteed contracted hours – no zero-hour contracts

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll visit clients in their own homes and provide personalised support depending on their individual needs. This may include:
- Personal care and support with daily routines
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting clients with mobility
- Companionship and reassurance
- Helping clients maintain their independence
- Providing safe, dignified and person-centred care
Who We’re Looking For
Previous care experience is welcomed, but the right attitude and values are most important as full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements
You must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Live in or around the Bedford area
- Be available for the advertised evening and weekend working pattern
