Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or designs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, engaging experience for every client
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product usage for ongoing maintenance
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel application, acrylics, and nail art techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Make-up application skills are a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new beauty techniques is essential
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations regarding sanitation and sterilization procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules
