Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed effectively
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other consumables to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Support deep cleaning tasks periodically to uphold cleanliness standards in all areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to cover operational hours
