The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect by servicing guest bedrooms, caring for public areas and, where required, providing evening turndown service.
Working hours:
- Shifts between 9:00am and 9:00pm
- Additional hours available during busy periods
- Weekend working required on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms to luxury 5-star standards
- Maintain immaculate public areas throughout the hotel
- Deliver evening turndown service where required
- Ensure all housekeeping duties are completed in line with company standards and procedures
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Handle guest requests professionally and courteously
- Work efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Always deliver friendly, professional customer service
About You
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for guests.
You'll ideally have:
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good spoken English and excellent personal presentation
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
