Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure effective therapy sessions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments when appropriate
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic flow
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist or equivalent credential
- Proven experience delivering various massage modalities with positive client feedback
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to create a welcoming, calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and healing
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with additional holistic therapies or certifications in specialized massage techniques

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
