Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a vibrant environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in food service or barista roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct food and beverage delivery
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and specialised drinks, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and counters
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic maths skills
- Ensure timely service by managing multiple tables and prioritising tasks effectively
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in serving, barista work, or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for cash handling purposes
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
