Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food production, and team management.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs
