Warehouse Operative
Thrive Fulfilment – Lutterworth, Leicestershire
£13.00 per hour | Full-time | Permanent | Tuesday–Saturday
Thrive Fulfilment is a growing independent 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment business, working with a wide range of brands to store, pick, pack and despatch their products to customers across the UK and internationally.
Following continued growth and our move into a larger warehouse in Lutterworth, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team on a permanent basis.
This position works Tuesday to Saturday, with daytime hours, a 2:00pm finish on Saturday and Sunday and Monday off.
Working hours
36 hours per week
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am–2:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid break each day (M-F)
- Sunday and Monday off
- Overtime may be available during busy periods
The role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing orders for despatch
- Using handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Replenishing picking locations
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
- Carrying out stock checks when required
- Preparing packaging and keeping work areas organised
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy warehouse
- Supporting other areas of the operation during busy periods
As a 3PL, we work with different clients and a wide variety of products, so the role offers plenty of variety. You'll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment, meeting daily deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Saturday is generally a smaller operational day, focused on completing weekend despatch requirements and helping prepare the warehouse for the week ahead.
What we're looking for

- Available to work every Saturday as part of their normal working week
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working to daily targets and courier deadlines
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and within a smaller Saturday team
- Comfortable using handheld technology and basic computer systems
- Willing to learn and take on different warehouse tasks
- Able to work safely and responsibly in a warehouse environment
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, 3PL or e-commerce fulfilment experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential. Full training will be provided.
