An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Ailean Chraggan Hotel in Perthshire. We are a small family run hotel based just outside of Aberfeldy with a good mixture of locals and tourists visiting the area.
We are looking for someone who would like to work with the existing team to develop a new modern inspired menu, whilst keeping some of the classics on the menu.
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team and help drive the business forward, working with the exisiting chefs to build a strong kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be confident in suggesting menu ideas and putting the ideas in place.
The position would suit a junior sous chef, looking for their next challenge.
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview. You will be paid by BACS on the last Friday of each month, and will receive a share of the gratuities each week.
This is a permanent position averaging 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 with the statutory 28 days holiday allowance. Approximate covers are 10 breakfasts, 20-30 lunches, 40-60 dinners however this varies throughout the year. Accommodation is available.
