Initial telephone calls with potential new clients, including taking details regarding the nature of the enquiry. Dealing with incoming and out-going post.

Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries professionally, taking accurate messages and responding where appropriate.

Good understanding of residential property processes and common transaction stages (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters).

Answer telephone; screen calls, forward calls and/or record and forward messages accurately; transcribe messages from telephone answering machine.
