Serve as a key point of contact for supplier queries, providing timely updates and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes where applicable. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.

Supporting general administrative tasks, including reception cover, filing, handling post, data entry, and occasional errands.

Creating new customers on finance system and providing ID to the relevant teams. Excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers.

Telephone calls and queries regarding accounts. Manage any unallocated cash on a regular basis, always before the month ends.
