Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required. What your background should look like.

Have an ability to plan workload to minimise disruption to operations and help to achieve targets. Use of two-way radios to ensure high levels of communication.

Safe operation of the Processing Plant. Ensure production KPI’s are achieved or exceeded. Carry out health and safety inspections.

Operate fixed and mobile plant as instructed by the Quarry Manager, in a correct and safe manner. NVQ/QCF Level 2 (SPMO). Mechanical knowledge of mobile plant.
