£50,000 - £60,000 a year

Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls. Oversee the daily activities of a team of call centre associates.

Liaise with customers both verbally and in writing to follow up engineer’s site visits where an escalation has been required. Location: Remote with some travel.

Please note for this role, a successful candidate will be required to hold a valid UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
