£25,000 - £30,000 a year

A valid UK driving licence. At least three years of industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Highways and/or local authority sector.

Subcontractor Liaison: Manage subcontractor accounts, including negotiating contracts, handling valuations, and processing payments.

HNC or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying. Degree qualification or progress toward RICS (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

You also must hold a Full UK Driving Licence as travel is a must with this role. Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
