Provide customer support in a pro-active manner in the form of creative solutions to problems encountered with the product. Ability to debug EMC issues.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.

You’ll also have access to the rest of the team – everything from skilled mechanics to experienced software engineers. This isn’t a typical “Head of” role.
