Fabricator salaries in Elsenham and Henham, ESS

We’re looking for a Specialist Metal Fabricator/Welder with 2–5 years’ hands-on experience to join our busy workshop team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

£30,000 - £35,000 a year

Production Bonus Scheme – Employees may be eligible for a production bonus when agreed company production and sales targets are achieved.

£14.50 - £15.80 an hour

TIG welding: 2 years (preferred). Maintain flexibility to work on a variety of projects typical of a busy subcontract environment.

£15 - £18 an hour

Maintain an organized and tidy work area, adhering to health & safety standards. Use cutting, rolling, and bending equipment to form components as needed.

Conduct routine inspections of finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Assist in loading and unloading materials within the warehouse as required.

£13.75 an hour
