Liaise with tenants and client representatives in a professional manner. Accurately record sample information onto sample bags and sample labels.

Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI. Proven experience in residential property surveys.
