£34,000 - £40,000 a year

Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification (Highly desirable/Essential depending on project profile).

Manage long-lead item procurement and ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner to meet the project schedule. Allow sufficient time for this process.

Attend site visits, design review meetings and progress meetings and act as the point of contact for the Client. Compile the fee for design delivery.

Utilise advanced planning and scheduling software to monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
