The ability to constructively challenge established thinking and implement new practices or approaches for the benefit of customers and CBRE.

Cover front of site Security gate when required. A key holder and availability for call out in the event of an emergency outside of working hours.

Up to £21.30 an hour

Full clean UK driving license. Valid UK driver’s license with a clean record. 2-year degree or certificate in industrial maintenance (Or equivalent experience).

Recognised aeronautical training e.g. City &Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3, University Degree or Aeronautical Apprenticeship programme.

As part of a team or working on own initiative, ensure scheduled and non routine maintenance is completed correctly and effectively.
