Mechanical Associate salaries in Longbridge, WMD

4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, 2 days (7am to 7pm) and 2 nights (7pm to 7am). Ability and willingness to work as part of a fast paced, flexible team.

This role serves as a key resource for field teams and customers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Up to 70% travel required.

Relevant experience as a qualified engineer. NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or completed a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship.

Define, develop, and continuously improve Asset Maintenance Plans, driving the CBM agenda and reducing unnecessary preventative maintenance activities.
