Previous retail sales/management experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery. Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

A natural leader, confident in managing staff performance and inspiring the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. Retail management: 4 years (required).
