The role is full-time based in Rwanda with a home-base rotation schedule, flights, accommodation and vehicle included.

£32,120.33 - £65,906.19 a year

Profit share bonus scheme (non-sales, subject to T&C’s). Communicate planned maintenance windows and anticipated service impact to customers and stakeholders.

£45,000 - £55,000 a year

At least 5 years experience in a second-line IT support role or similar, ideally in a mixed environment (Windows, Linux, MacOS, IaaS, PaaS and Saas offerings).

£40,000 - £50,000 a year
