Ensure completed quality records from the shop floor are verified, collated and processed to the appropriate project folder and location.

Reporting to the customer the status of customer claims and ensuring alignment between the customers and Wipac voice. Desirable technical degree minimum HNC.

Confidence dealing with customers, auditors, and colleagues at every level. Working knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 (internal auditor qualified would be a bonus).

Willing to be flexible, including travel to customer and supplier sites when required - Full UK driving licence. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
