As a First line engineer, you will assist in proactively managing and troubleshooting issues for the end customers of our MSP partners.

Provide onsite 1st and 2nd line support to customers via face-to-face support, email, telephone, remote access and chat tools.

Assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities related to helpdesk proposals. Prepare detailed reports for customers and management as required.

Up to £32,000 a year

Setting up new user accounts and resolving access or password issues. Handling support queries by phone and email. No two days are the same.
