Undertake survey inspections and produce written reports on findings, set out in a logical manner with appropriate recommendations.

Proven ability to develop design solutions, perform structural assessments and calculations, and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Encouraged to develop knowledge and experience. Working on historic buildings from cob cottages to churches. A good general knowledge of building construction.

An understanding of the unusual as well as more conventional engineering of building structures. BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng in civil and/or structural engineering.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain suitable security clearance for this role UK driving license.
