IMPORTANT: Applicants must hold Jersey residential status (minimum 5 years) and be based locally in Jersey due to the office location.

Must be a great team player, posses good written & verbal communication skills, along with reasonable IT Skills. Ability to speak and understand English.

Preparing registers of members, directors and secretaries, ensuring that all amendments are made, and requests for registers are dealt with in a timely manner.

Manage and maintain compliance databases, portal access, filings, and registers - client entity database, group risk management, screening.
