The Project Coordinator works closely with producers, project managers and technical production managers to provide project and administration support.

Respond professionally to calls and emails from internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, handling queries and providing timely updates.

Set-up meetings, design review events & conference calls. Assist project leaders updating project related information on workspace.

Arranging project internal and external WIP calls. Location: Bromley, Greater London (office-based / hybrid - 1 or 2 days in office per week).
