NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery, City & Guilds, or an equivalent recognised culinary qualification (or solid equivalent experience).

£15 - £17 an hour

Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen. Support the kitchen team during service across the restaurant, hotel and events.

£12.71 - £12.95 an hour

Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred). Staff discounts in the garden centre and café.

Recognised industry qualification – Level 2 or equivalent. Free car parking is available on site and full use of the facilities is available to employees.
