A solid understanding of coverage principles, products, wordings, terms, and conditions. Experience handling Inherent Defect claims is advantageous.

4-6 years of experience in insurance or risk management, including exposure to claims handling and loss prevention.

Manage and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Experience using PayEscape,Phase 3 or similar cloud-based payroll software.

Strong technical knowledge of claims handling and delegated authority oversight. Own claims strategy, service delivery and customer outcomes.
