Minimum qualification to degree level in building surveying or other related construction subject. Hold a relevant professional qualification (MRICS or MCIOB).

£50,253 - £58,225 a year

Ideally have some form of Asset Management qualification or training eg ACES/CIPFA Strategic Asset Management Diploma. 25 days holiday, plus 8 Bank Holiday.
