At Holland & Barrett, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Risk & Business Resilience Manager to take ownership of our enterprise risk strategy and business continuity planning, helping us stay prepared, protected, and agile as we grow.

The Role:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk frameworks and governance.
Oversee business continuity planning and crisis response with cross-functional teams.
Maintain the Global Risk Register and ensure key risks are escalated appropriately.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations on risk mitigation.
Support supplier and third-party risk management activities.
Develop and deliver risk awareness and training programmes across the business.
Analyse trends and incidents, providing insight and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Line manage the Business Continuity Manager and drive continuous improvement

The Person:

Proven experience in enterprise risk management and business resilience.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Experience in global retail or a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).
Professional certifications in risk or continuity management (e.g. CRM, BCI) are desirable.
A collaborative leader with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organisation.
