We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate (Entry Level) to join our team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for freshers, graduates and career starters to gain practical experience in customer service, communication and business operations.

No previous customer service experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You will support customers, respond to enquiries and work with colleagues to deliver a professional customer experience while developing valuable workplace skills.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer needs and assist with routine requests.

Requirements
