About the Role: Liverpool is a growing centre for technology, professional services, and digital transformation, and at Westmere Technology Partners Ltd, we help organisations turn complex business challenges into practical technology solutions. We are looking for a Principal Business Analyst who can take ownership of complex transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients, technology teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, improve processes, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Leadership: Lead business analysis activities across complex technology and transformation projects.
Requirements Management: Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
Process Improvement: Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with clients, technical teams, operational leaders, and project stakeholders.
Solution Definition: Work with architects, developers, product teams, and project managers to ensure proposed solutions address business requirements.
Mentoring: Support junior and mid level business analysts through knowledge sharing, reviews, and professional guidance.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years of business analysis experience, including substantial experience with complex transformation or technology programmes.
Professional Background: Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, process modelling, stakeholder management, and business change.
Tooling: Experience with requirements management, process mapping, workflow documentation, data analysis, and project collaboration tools.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex subjects to technical and non technical audiences.
Mindset: You are analytical, commercially aware, pragmatic, and confident making recommendations in complex business environments.

Pay: £4,100.00-£5,300.00 per month
