Job Introduction

Waking Nights Support Worker YPSA

Be the reassuring presence that makes all the difference after dark.
The quiet hours of the night can often be the most important for vulnerable young people. That's why we're looking for compassionate and dependable Waking Nights Support Workers to provide a reassuring presence when it's needed most.

Working through the night, you'll help create a safe, secure and welcoming environment where young people can rest, recover and feel supported. Whether responding to an unexpected situation, carrying out welfare checks or simply being the calm and dependable person a young person needs, your role will be vital in helping them feel secure and valued.
