Junior Sous Chef Opportunity at Rockfish Salcombe - FREE PARKING

Your role as Jnr Sous Chef is to cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service
Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
