Events by Pakeezah Gourmet is a rapidly growing premium catering and events brand, specialising in authentic Pakistani cuisine for weddings, corporate events, private functions, and large-scale celebrations.

As part of an established food business with over 50 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, we combine tradition, quality, and innovation to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our event catering operations and build a high-performing team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious catering professional who thrives in a fast-paced events environment. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day catering operation, leading and developing the events team, and ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standards.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our catering division as we continue to expand across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning and execution of off-site catering events.
Recruit, train, mentor and develop a strong catering and events team.
Lead event staff to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, logistics and event planning teams.
Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are consistently maintained.
Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
Oversee stock, equipment and transport for catering operations.
Maintain compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety and HACCP requirements.
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction and team performance.
Represent the Events by Pakeezah Gourmet brand professionally at all events.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a proven track record of managing successful catering operations.

You will have:

Previous experience as a Catering Manager or Senior Events Catering Manager.
Experience managing large-scale events and high-volume catering operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate and develop teams.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
A hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A full UK driving licence (preferred).
Experience within Asian or Pakistani catering is advantageous but not essential.
