Job Title: Part time Office Administrator
Location: Blackwell (DE55) near M1 Junction 28
Salary: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) + other benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, 3 days weekly between 9.00am – 3.00pm

HW. Martin Fencing and Forestry Limited are specialists in fencing and vegetation management, working with leading civil engineering contractors, highway authorities and rail networks. Since 1996, we have concentrated much of our resources on the railway industry and have steadily increased our share of work to the point where we are now the principal fencing contractor on over three quarters of the railway network.
We have also been providing a comprehensive range of vegetation management services and solutions for over 20 years. In recent years, we have introduced a dedicated ecology department and are now able to provide a complete package for ecological and vegetation management that enhances our capability to provide an efficient holistic service.
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small and amazing support team. We are looking for someone that can do 3 days a week with hours of 9am to 3pm.
The successful candidate will be a conscientious proactive individual providing support to the different departments with administration duties and challenges that arise each day as well as planning and arranging various tasks including:
- Providing general administrative support
- Sales order Processing
- Purchase order Processing
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Assessing multiple platforms to ensure data is updated
- Collating data for customer statistics and analysis
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Where appropriate and requested, assisting in preparation of ad-hoc reports for projects and distributing documentation
Key skills/experience:
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- High degree of accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of MS Office – Word and Excel
- Good computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling confidential information
