Your Role as an SEN Engagement Tutor:

SEN Engagement Tutor Role Requirements:
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues is essential for fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): QTS is required to ensure high standards of teaching.
Minimum of 3 Years Teaching Experience: At least 3 years of experience is required to bring confidence and expertise to the role.
Experience with SEN Students: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred but not mandatory.
