About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Administrator to join our team in Dagenham. This is a Part - Time role. In this role, you will manage student data, support funding and compliance processes, and collaborate closely with multiple departments and university partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate student records across internal systems (EBS) and external portals (e.g., Student Loan Company - SLC).
- Monitor and update loan approvals, withdrawals, and learner progression statistics.
- Liaise with admissions, academic teams, and university partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with students regarding funding issues, STP agreements, and other queries.
- Prepare reports, track learner statistics, and respond to audit and management requests.
- Attend cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes.
Technical & Functional Requirements:
- Strong experience with SQL , including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
- Proficient in CRM database management and data maintenance best practices.
- Hands-on experience with XML for data structuring, parsing, and transformation.
- Knowledge of data security, data governance, GDPR compliance, and retention policies.
- Ability to manage high-volume, real-time data environments effectively.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and platforms such as SSIS, AWS Glue, and scripting languages like Python.
- Experience implementing and managing database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols.

Expected hours per week : 20 hours
Salary : £ 25,000 - £ 26,500 per annum ( will be pro-rated for part-time)
Working days: Monday to Friday (Weekend flexibility based on business needs)
