Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Wedmore PHARMACY in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring safe medication dispensing and delivering outstanding patient care, supporting our mission to improve community health.
Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and safety standards.
Provide expert advice to patients regarding medication use and health concerns.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
Educate patients on medication adherence and potential side effects.
Maintain detailed records of prescriptions and patient interactions.
Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and regulations.
Qualifications
Qualified Pharmacist with relevant certification.
Proven experience in medication administration and patient care.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology.

Prior ICU experience is highly desirable.
