Full job description

Multiskilled Engineer (x2)
Location: Navenby Mill
Work hours: Four on, four off Average of 42 hours (12 hour shifts 6am-6pm)

Due to the expansion of the existing team to ensure operational support seven days per week, Pilgrims Europe are looking for two Multi-Skilled Engineers to work as part of the Mill Engineering team to meet the full maintenance & operational requirements of Navenby Feed Mill.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our feed mill machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize disruption and optimize performance.

BTEC Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Electrically qualified to 18th edition
Mechanical Qualification
Organised.
Good interpersonal skills.
Flexible approach to demands.
Able to work as part of a team.
