MiraBelles Cleaning Torbay is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hard-working full-time cleaner to join our growing local team.
This is a permanent role offering at least 20-30+ hours per week, with consistent weekday work across Torbay and the surrounding areas.
We are known for our high standards, lovely regular clients, and supportive working environment. Most cleans are completed in pairs, so you will usually work alongside another team member, with full support from our admin team behind the scenes.
This is not a role for someone who wants to rush through jobs or do the bare minimum. We are looking for someone who cares about doing things properly, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to treat every client's home with respect.
What You Will Be Doing
- Cleaning private homes to a consistently high standard
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, lounges, and general living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces, and general tidying
- Paying close attention to corners, edges, skirting boards, fixtures, and finishing touches
- Following MiraBelles cleaning checklists and using approved cleaning products
- Treating every client's home and belongings with care and professionalism
- Working as part of a cleaning pair, with occasional independent work when required
- Communicating clearly with your team and the office
What We Are Looking For
You will need to be:
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy
- Hard-working and able to maintain high standards throughout the day
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working inside clients' homes
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Positive, professional, and willing to learn
- A good communicator
- Physically able to carry out domestic cleaning work
Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.
Driving Is Essential
You must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own reliable car
- The ability to travel between clients across Torbay and the surrounding areas
A fuel allowance is provided for travel between jobs.
