What makes a successful Branch Manager?
- You lead from the front and by example. You have great leadership skills and experience of working in a team, leading and coaching your colleagues.
- You have 2 years travel sales experience and supervising a team under your belt.
- You achieve your own sales targets and drive your team to achieve their individual targets.
- Your exceptional communication and customer service skills are at the forefront of your day-to-day.
- You love numbers and are able to stay on top of the branch’s sales and targets.
- You are enthusiastic, optimistic and committed to contribute to the growth of the business
- You take a keen interest in the development of colleagues to maximise job satisfaction, performance, and talent succession
If you do not have 2 years’ experience of working in a travel agency, but you have at least 2 years’ experience managing a team in a target-driven sales environment, alongside excellent customer service skills and a passion for travel, we’d love to hear from you.
