We're looking for an inspiring Regional Business Manager to lead a portfolio of stores. This role is about creating environments where people thrive, customers love to shop and commercial success naturally follows.
As a people-first leader, you'll develop exceptional Store Managers and leadership teams who are empowered to make great decisions, build inclusive cultures and deliver outstanding experiences. You'll balance commercial performance with coaching, creativity and operational excellence to create the best places to work and shop.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our retail business, influencing strategy and driving sustainable growth across your region.
What You'll Be Doing:

Develop regional strategies that maximize performance while protecting the Urban Outfitters brand and customer experience.

Ensure every store delivers inspiring, creative and engaging shopping environments.

Protect and elevate the Urban Outfitters brand experience through outstanding execution and storytelling.

Champion customer feedback and use insights to continually improve the in-store experience.

Lead stores to deliver operational excellence across all key metrics including payroll, stock management, compliance and asset protection.

Simplify ways of working, enabling stores to focus on customers and their teams.

Hold teams accountable through clear expectations, coaching and performance conversations.

Be a visible leader who inspires change and embraces innovation.

Partner with the Head of Retail to deliver strategic priorities across the business.

Share best practice across regions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
