Job Title: Parking Host

Location: Various sites surrounding Alexander Stadium, Birmingham (For the European Championships)

Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Casual/Flexible (Zero Hours Contract)

Shift Dates: Monday to Sunday [10th - 17th August 2026) — long hours available across the week

Event Support Team is a premier provider of event services, specialising in off-site parking and traffic management for major events, including sports matches, concerts, and festivals. With state-of-the-art Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, we simplify parking operations, reduce traffic congestion, and elevate the overall event experience. Our impressive portfolio features collaborations with iconic events such as the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, and numerous renowned music festivals.

The Role:

We are seeking friendly and proactive Parking Hosts to support the European Championships at various sites surrounding Alexander Stadium, working Monday through Sunday. In this crucial role, you'll help ensure the safe and smooth running of car parking operations, providing excellent service to visitors as they arrive and leave the event. This position offers long hours across the week, including early starts, evenings and weekends, for those looking to maximise their earnings during this major event.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major international sporting event, working as part of a friendly and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct vehicles and manage car parking to ensure a safe and smooth flow around the site
Assist visitors with directions and address event-related questions
Provide excellent customer service to attendees throughout the event
Monitor and enforce site regulations and company policies
Set up and manage on-site signage to guide visitors effectively
Work flexibly across various sites surrounding Alexander Stadium as required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Able to commit to long hours across the full event period, Monday to Sunday
